Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Most orders ship within four business days after they have been placed, and within one business day once payment clears, unless otherwise noted.
If it has been over 72 hours and you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam folder. Please call or email us to verify that we received your order details.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you need to modify your order, please call us at (888) 256-0999 (US) or (805) 962-5532 (Worldwide) Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM Pacific Standard Time, or email us at [email protected].
Messages are checked regularly.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, the shipping charge is non-refundable.
How do I track my order?
  If you ordered via our website, your tracking number will be posted to your account and emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder.
If you have not received a tracking number and you ordered within the last 72 hours, it is possible that your order has not been shipped yet.
If you ordered via email, you will receive a tracking number in response to your email within 2-4 days after having placed your order.
If you ordered by phone, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24-48 hours.
My order hasn't arrived.
  Shipping time is calculated based on 1PM PST as the cutoff time.
United States & Puerto Rico:
Regular Shipping: Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of USPS Ground Advantage orders.
USPS Priority Mail: arrives in 2-4 business days, depending on their schedule.
UPS: arrives in 1-5 business days, depending on their schedule.
FedEx: arrives in 1-3 business days, depending on shipping cost.
Other countries, please contact [email protected] to inquire about normal delivery times and order status.
If you believe your package was lost in transit or would like to request a refund, please contact [email protected].
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please check the documents included in your package to make sure none of the missing items are on back order.
If there are any errors or problems with the items you receive, you must inform us of the issue no later than 14 days after the date listed on the Sales Receipt/Packing Slip.
If you find that items are missing, please call Customer Service at (888) 256-0999 (U.S.) or (805) 962-5532 (Worldwide) within 14 days of the sale to have these items replaced.
