Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Items shipped to California will have a 7.25% sales tax applied at checkout.
Sales tax is not currently applied to customer orders shipped to other states.
Customers in the E.U. will be required to pay a VAT fee to their local government upon receiving their packages.
Customers in Australia may be required to pay a 10% GST fee to their local government for orders originally subtotaling over $750 (U.S.).
I have a question on my charges.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discovery or PayPal, and continue to place your order.
You may also mail a check along with an order form to: CJM Engineering, Inc. 307 E Ojai Ave. Ste. 204, Ojai, CA 93023
Please note that we are a very small company and we are unable to ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping within the United States: $12-$20
Shipping to Canada: $35
Shipping to Europe: $50-$60
Shipping to South Pacific: $67
Shipping to Asia: $45
International customers are responsible for paying customs and duties.

*Certain countries will incur additional shipping charges to be calculated depending on the order.
We will email you prior to shipping your order if that is the case.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
If you do not have an online account, please email customerservice@cjmengineering.com with your office phone number/address and the date of the transaction for a copy of your receipt.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits on returned items usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
If you made multiple purchasing attempts and your online order did not come through, your bank may freeze the funds on your credit card for a few days.
Please note that we have no control over funds that are not settled from your account.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within one business day prior to shipment of your item(s).
