Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Items shipped to California will have a 7.25% sales tax applied at checkout.
Sales tax is not currently applied to customer orders shipped to other states.
Customers in the E.U. will be required to pay a VAT fee to their local government upon receiving their packages.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. Please note that multiple payment attempts on the same credit card can block and freeze your funds by your financial institution and payments will not clear.
Purchases made by mistake may be voided/cancelled by calling us or emailing us on the same business day as the purchase.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover or PayPal, and continue to place your order.
If you are an international customer and you are having trouble clearing payment through our website, please try using PayPal or emailing us a copy of the order form.

Please note that we are a very small company and orders require prepayment.
If you are part of a DSO, please call in or email us your order with the DSO's billing information.
If you are part of a school's purchasing department, please email us your purchase order or ask us to set up your online account with the 20% university discount. If you are a school outside of the U.S.A., please request a quote and payment instructions by email.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping within the United States, regular first class: $12
Shipping within the U.S., Priority Mail or UPS: $15
Shipping within the U.S., FedEx 2-day or Express Saver: $20
Rush Shipping within the U.S., FedEx Next Business Day or 2 Business Day: $35 or more, depending on order volume (please call or email us before 1PM PST to be quoted a live rate)
Shipping to Canada: Please contact Endo-Tech
Shipping to Europe and UAE: $50-$60 (via FedEx)
Shipping to South Pacific: $69 (via USPS Priority Mail Express)
Shipping to East Asia: $45 (via FedEx)
International customers are responsible for paying customs and duties.

*Certain countries will incur additional shipping charges to be calculated depending on the order.
We will email you prior to shipping your order if that is the case.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
If you do not have an online account, please email [email protected] with your office phone number/address and the date of the transaction for a copy of your receipt.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits on returned items usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
If you made multiple purchasing attempts and your online order did not come through, your bank may freeze the funds on your credit card for a few days.
Please note that we have no control over funds that are not settled from your account.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within one business day prior to shipment of your item(s).
