| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Unless otherwise noted, we will ship your order 1-2 business days after we receive payment from you. Shipping within the United States: $12-$20, including Puerto Rico Shipping to Canada: please contact Endo-Tech Shipping to Europe and UAE: $50-$60 Shipping to South Pacific: $69 Shipping to East Asia: $45 International customers are responsible for paying customs and duties. *Certain countries will incur additional shipping charges to be calculated depending on the order. We will email you prior to shipping your order if that is the case. |

| What is the return policy? | |
| If you find that you ordered items in error, you may return unopened packs of burs and request a refund or exchange. International exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. If there are any errors or problems with the items you receive, you must inform us of the issue no later than 14 days after the date listed on the Sales Receipt/Packing Slip.
